CONTRACT DETAILS * 1. A non-refundable retainer of £50 shall be paid upon booking. This goes towards the final costs of the full shoot. 2. Photographer is not liable for any colouring errors, print quality or cropping if not printed through the Photographers recommended laboratory. 3. The client shall reimburse the photographer for any additional costs. 4. Photographer retains full copyright of the images, and may use images for example for such purposes as advertising, competitions and website content. 5. Photos will be available for viewing up to 4 weeks from your session date. 6. Client is responsible for downloading their images in a timely manner. The photographer cannot guarantee the images will be kept beyond a 12month period. 7. In the unlikely event of illness or injury of the photographer, we will promptly inform the client and all efforts shall be made to reschedule or find a replacement photographer. 8. Re-use of your images should be those you have obtained through your photographer only. You may not screen shot, add filters or in other respect change the art of the photographer.

Print release *

This letter gives permission to the attendees to print high-resolution images for personal use only. These images can not be distributed, duplicated, or used for advertising and/or commercial use for financial gain without prior consent from the photographer. Photographer is not liable for colouring errors, print quality or cropping of any images not printed directly from the photographer’s personal lab. This print release form only grants permission to print and use on personal social media profile. All other use should be approved by the photographer. Copyright remains with the photographer. By using these images, you agree to the terms stated above.
